Accepting these Terms
Checkout requires an unchecked acceptance box for these Terms, including our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Review the selected price, billing interval, trial end and renewal schedule before placing your order. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Our Privacy Policy explains processing; accepting Terms does not constitute optional marketing or cookie consent.
Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use the service only for lawful purposes. Submit only content you are authorized to process. Do not bypass limits, misuse other accounts, compromise systems or use the service to facilitate harm or deception.
Your content and automated results
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You authorize processing needed to perform the requested service. You are responsible for reviewing generated output, factual accuracy, permissions and attribution before using or publishing it.
AI writing signals are estimates and cannot establish authorship. Source matches do not alone establish infringement or guarantee exhaustive coverage. Do not rely on these tools as the sole basis for academic, employment or other consequential decisions. Humanizer and rewriting do not guarantee passage of any detection system.
Availability, plans and billing
Tools depend on configured providers, account access and service availability. Monthly allowances and service-wide budgets apply. A request interrupted by a timeout may still complete on the server and use allowance. Prices, renewal intervals and subscription terms must be reviewed at checkout before purchase. Trials, billing periods and monthly allowances
Monthly plans include a 3-day free trial with a required card, once per account. The 3-day trial includes all tools and features of your selected Pro or Plus plan, with its full writing, request and separate analysis allowances for the entire trial. Trial usage does not reset during the 3 days. Cancel in My account before trial ends to avoid the first charge. Annual plans have no trial, save 30% compared with 12 monthly payments and renew yearly. Monthly and annual subscribers receive the same monthly allowances. Writing tools share words and submissions; Pro and Plus include separate plagiarism and AI detection allowances. Free analysis is AI detection only. Each check counts separately. Existing analysis usage remains counted against the overall monthly allowance. Credits reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC without rollover, independently of the billing date. Annual payment does not release all yearly credits at once. Interrupted or unsuccessful submissions may consume allowance. Service safety limits apply.
Refunds and cancellation
You may request a refund only while the paid service covered by the current charge remains unused. Once used, voluntary or prorated refunds are not offered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancel in My account → Subscriptions to stop future renewals. Paid access continues to the end of the period already paid for; afterwards your account returns to Free. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for use definitions, requests and exceptions.

Service changes and suspension
Features and supported clients may change. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse, maintain security or meet service obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.

Read the Privacy Policy to understand processing. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a dispute or service issue, contact support with the relevant details.
